Went to Concentra LAX on a Thursday night at 10pm for pre-employment drug testing. I was skeptical bc I had read bad reviews about the wait times and parking. I had called and was told to expect a 2 hr wait no matter when I came. To my delight, there were only 3 other people in the waiting room. They called me back after being there for about 10 minutes. The process was really quick. Then to top it off, they validated my parking so it was free. And everyone was friendly. I couldn't have had a better experience.

I went in for a mask fit test and every single person from the security at the entrance to the medical assistant that did my test was extremely kind and professional. I did not have to wait very long and my mask was mailed to them ahead of time and they had it there waiting for me. Great staff and well run office.

Staff is nice. Clinical area is clean. But these people are sloooooow! A simple blood draw taking more than 2 hours. It wasn’t even busy. They call one person almost every 30 minutes. I would not come back here. There are surrounding urgent cares that are quicker.

Every member of the staff, from administration, x-ray technician, to the physician who examined my acute knee injury, was extremely professional and friendly. The environment was welcoming; I really felt like I received great care. Would highly recommend!
