Please don’t shop here. Even though when they order wrong sized items for you, they will charge you up to 50% of the value of the appliances when you have to change your items with correct size one. Please don’t get burned as I did.

We bought appliances from them 5 years ago and in five years all appliances have stopped working right. The warranty company they use Consumer Priority is a business that you don’t want to deal with. They won’t cover anything. The 5000 dollar stove we bought which was supposed to last 20 years had repair needs from the start and those were not conveniently covered by the warranty ever. Complaining to them or the warranty company does no good. Buy at Snyder diamond.

I don’t recommend this company at all. We purchased a washer 1.13.21. I called the week after to inquire when it would be shipped. Max-the person who is in charge of the online sales questioned me over the billing address being different than the shipping address. I explained to him, this was for a business, it’s going to the business location and being paid by a business credit card. He explained the washer was on back order for 2-4 weeks and that he would keep me updated. He never reached out to me, I had to call or email him to try and find out information. We were okay with the back order time frame, we just wanted to know when we could expect it. After getting the run around for a few weeks, he told me they would need to send it to the billing address. I once again explained that’s the owners home address, we have no issues sending a credit card authorization form or paying via PayPal but it has to be shipped to the business location. Finally after the authorization form was sent, he told me it would be shipped 2/11/21. I contacted him 2/15 requesting the tracking number and he told me the merchant won’t accept the authorization form. I asked if I could pay via PayPal, and he said yes. I requested a PayPal invoice THREE times and he finally replied to be 2/16 telling me the washer was no longer in stock. This is completely unprofessional. He never once apologized. The washer was a great price when we purchased it so I take it that’s the reason they don’t want to ship to us. We contact our bank and they said they never received any type of call from this company to verify information. I completely understand needing to verify information which we did multiple times and even on their website it states they can call the merchant to verify the shipping address as well. I wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone who’s looking to purchase for a business. A lot of businesses have a different billing address and this all can be easily verified. Don’t have a sale if you don’t want people to purchase the sale prices!

The short review is that both the sales staff (Shahan) and installation crews/techs (4 so far!) we have dealt with are incompetent, lack knowledge of the products they sell, or service, and are indifferent to customers. This has been the singular worst experience we've had with any high-end retailer. 3.5 months, $15,000, countless calls, texts, emails and scheduled installs later - we still do not have a completed kitchen of appliances. We have recently moved from out of state, purchased a house in which we completely gutted and remodeled the kitchen. We knew exactly which appliances we wanted (GE Monogram), based on friends and family members' experiences and feedback on the internet. We searched for the nearest authorized dealer and GE Monogram website came up with Universa as the nearest dealer. We ordered the appliances, which was a bit tedious, but not awful. Everything that's happened since has been a massive headache. Damaged products, missing parts, improper installation, 4 installation attempts and it's still not complete. We ordered the appliances on May 12th, paid over $15,000 and still do not have correctly installed appliances.

Does universal Egypt work under your supervision?! Do you give them the license to operate in Egypt.. I have a huge problem with this company as many others.. it's one nasty company that has no respect for rights, clients and appointments.
