I had a great hamburger in a beautiful setting while eating outside on their deck right on the river. They have several burgers and dishes that feature their apple wood smoked bacon and that stuff is crazy good. On the menu there are some interesting salads to choose from too - my husband enjoyed his. The staff members were a bit off their game when we visited because the scenic railroad train was in town and they seemed to be crowded for their number of servers available. We made reservations beforehand and were seated right away, but then we seemed to get lost and no one came to our table for a long time. The food took a long time. I think when the train is not in town, the service is much faster/better...so just be prepared. Overall, we loved it and will definitely go back. It was worth the drive from Chattanooga.

Beautiful scenery and great service. Make sure if you eat here get the sliders, hot wings and if you do an appetizer the gigantic mozzarella sticks. If you go here for dinner the best place to park is directly across the street at the bank.

Waited 45 min for a seat, no problem. But waited an hour for our appetizers.. This is what we got. Had to ask for sauce for the wings they were dry, potato skins were dry. Chicken tenders were good. Our second time here, the mozzarella sticks were great though. Quality not good for the price. Edit: response to owner, the wait time isn’t as big as a deal as the quality of your product. I am a server so I understand there can be a wait, restaurants are busy and everyone is short staffed. I personally wouldn’t deliver anything less than quality to my guests. There is an excuse for wait, there is no excuse for quality.

We stopped to eat here when we took the Blue Ridge Scenic Railway. There were 14 of us. It was not busy at all when we arrived. It’s a decent place to have lunch. Not the fastest service but the food is good. I ordered a burger and I had a beer. The beers are a bit pricey but the burgers are well priced. I ordered the burger with sweet potato fries and they were perfect. The burger had a nice chunk of bacon. Out of the 14 orders, one was unsatisfactory. It was a fish and chips order and while there were others with fish and chips order, this one did not look or taste like the others. It was not cooked all the way. The manager came over and asked if we would like to exchange it for something else, which we did. Other than that, it was all good.

They are very observant of Covid safety. You'd be better off visiting their website or calling if you want detailed information on this. You could speak to a manager?

They do not take them. Large parties are encouraged to call ahead for a "heads up", does not guarantee a seat but will do best to accommodate.
