Great overall experience, our 8 yr old daughter loved it, no major rapids, easy in and out of water, definately a calm part of the river that was beautiful and scenic. And the customer service was great from young lady at checkin to the van driver and lastly young guy at the end helping out of the water- all professional and courteous. We will return.

Relaxed trip tubing. Trip was peaceful. Less crowded than some other Helen tours so if you want a more family centered tubing adventure, I'd do this one.

We had an amazing time! The staff were so nice and so friendly. The river was slow and relaxing with just a little excitement here and there. Our youngest is 5 and he did perfectly fine floating on his own. We wanted to go again as soon as we finished. The bus/tram was clean and cool. The bathrooms back at the start were clean. There was an area to change clothes. We will definitely be back!

A few places but lift up . we are 43 and 51 and it was great
Hey Alejandro! We are open 7 days a week and will be open on July 4th. We do not have an area at our outpost to grill, but we are only 1.5 miles from Horseshoe Bend Park which has picnic tables, grills, and a playground. We hope to see you soon!
They charge to park. We had to pay 10 bucks, it was worth it but if you go up further to horseshoe bend park for free
They are open. They opened on the 23rd...
