I will rate this location a - 10, if I could. I called made an order.. My name is Jessica Rose.. I asked for my order to be delivered.. After completing my order and paying for it with my boyfriend’s credit card and the money was taken out of his account. Rude Behavior and Bad Attitudes. No Empathy The the “manager in training” or crew member called me back with an unruly attitude towards me because they don’t have a delivery driver, she refuse to give her name, does not know the protocol of the stores policy and has very poor etiquette, poor customer service, lack common courtesy, disrespectful, no problem solving skills, rude staff and management. Refusing to connect us customer and make us happy and go above and beyond her job. Using Negative Language, They caught an attitude and cussed out me and my boyfriend and kept hanging up in our face. He job as a manager in trainings is to know the customers is always right!!! And whatever error lack of communication that is done on their part is im no way affects the customer. Telling us that their delivery driver left at 7pm. When delivery does not stop until 9pm. So when I asked for my order to be delivered then the cashier should have them informed me that my order CANT be delivered. Or notified me when I started to make my order. Decency and I order!!

your employees at the store located at 3695-C Cascade Rd Atlanta, Ga 30331 alleged that a woman came inside of their store and gave my complete address for a delivery pickup when I never received a notification that my ordered had been retrieved. I then drove to the store myself, and requested a refund or for my order to be remade or I was contacting corporate. Your manager on duty (far right) then proceeded to tell me if I wanted my order remade I had pay another $30. After stating I was calling corporate and dialing she proceeded she call 911 on me and make a false claim that I threatened her when I did not. She is unprofessional and she is also stealing money and orders at this store. While trying to retrieve my order another customer stated he had been told the exact same thing as me, and was being forced to pay again. Also, as I stood outside on the phone with a corporate employee, the cook (far left) stepped out of the store in a threatening matter showing that he had a gun in his pocket and wanted me to ”do something” so that he could draw his weapon. This entire shift is UNPROFESSIONAL, they are THIEVES, and they need to be TERMINATED IMMEDIATELY.. I am now waiting for someone from corporate to contact in regard of this matter and to discuss my refund. I have spoken with DoorDash in regard to her stating a dasher stole my order, and filed a report. This is completely ridiculous and unnecessary, and the cook needs to be ARRESTED.

Worst Pizza Hut location everywhere everything sucked. We first ordered a large 3 topping pizza for $10 medium for $7 and breadstick for $5. We wanted to cancel the medium pizza and breadstick tried calling 3 times. The lady picked up and hanged up the phone all 3 times while being rude. Then when we went in person to pick up pizza she says there was no 3 topping large pizza we showed her the Oder and then was like okay. However we hadn’t paid so she charged us up for $16 large pizza instead $10 and the pizza didn’t even have 3 topping only 2 topping plus it was not cooked well. Even tho we ordered online with $10 large 3 topping pizza deal that Applied to all location we been ordering this deal over 2 years. Do not go to this location at all cost!!!! There need to be a 0 star rating.

If I could give this place zero stars I would. I placed an order online twice and both times they said they couldn’t deliver because they don’t have any delivery drivers.. that’s fine. Not an issue.. here is where my problem lies.. why is there no communication to the customer who is sitting here waiting for food? Why am I having to call you guys and inquire about my food in order to know that my food was cancelled and that I wont be receiving it? Not only that, why is there is so much attitude and backlash from the workers when I’m calling? I work in food service and trust me when I say, I things happen! I think It’s beyond ridiculous to have a customer waiting like that and something needs to be done. Seriously.
