Delicious pizza. We got the Edge pizza and it was great. It is only a temporary item. My wife and I wish they would make it a permanent item on their menu. We had great service even though the waitress was doing so many things at the sane time, she did an outstanding job. 👏

The last few times I got pizza here, to-go, it's never fully cut. We have to cut it at home. The dough is not cooked long enough, it's really light and not-great tasting. And the last 2 times I paid for extra toppings and it looked like they gave me less toppings. I know one piece had 3 pepperoni's on it and it was a Large pizza. It just doesn't make sense to pay extra for something and then not receive it. Normally there's not enough seasoning on the bread sticks also and they're a little burnt. The last time I went there the bread sticks were fine, but that was 1 time out of 10. I think the people working here are nice. Just the quality of the food isn't great.

Due to the decreasing quality we had sworn off of pizza at Pizza Hut several years ago. This past Halloween we wanted to take our grandchildren out to eat before they trick or treated. It was one of the few places we could find open to dine in. We went in to eat and had really good food and good service despite them being extremely shorthanded. We decided last night to place a takeout order for pizza and it could not have been worse. Of the two pizzas we ordered only one was what we actually ordered. The other was a completely different pizza. I have to guess they gave us someone else's order and I'm sure that those customers were disappointed when they got home and had ours.  Maybe not as much as we were to find a pizza with pineapple on it but you get my meaning. The other thing is, the wrong pizza that was given to us was literally barely cooked. The crust is not brown on the edges and not brown on the bottom (see photos). Overall it was incredibly greasy and a terrible experience with the food. Also the older gentleman at the drive thru always acts like you're bothering him whenever you go there, that was another reason we stopped getting PH before.
