Tina was extremely helpful in showing me what I was in search of. She got back with me quickly about the sleeper couch that had to be ordered because it was not in stock. Very happy I stopped in.

Recently bought a sofa and recliner at the Cleveland, Georgia store. Becky was most helpful and friendly. Helped me find what I was looking for. No pressure sale. Delivery was on time. She is an asset to this store.

Terrible customer service and sub-par products! I would highly recommend you DO NOT shop here as the employees at the location fail to meet any customers expectations and then the corporation itself fails to stand behind their products or customers. We purchased a sofa that had to be ordered and were told it would be in the following week and they would contact me when it was available for pick-up. 3 weeks later I contacted the store to see if the sofa had arrived (who knows how long it would have taken them to notify me) and it was in fact there, so I told them we would be up there to pick it up that evening. After sitting in unexpected traffic for 1.5 hours it looked like we would be arriving shortly before closing time at 7pm. I contacted the store to let them know I was close but running a little late but should be there before 7, with an attitude their response was "well we close at 7". Minutes later as I am pulling in the parking lot they called back to tell me that I would not be able to pick up my sofa that day because it was buried in the warehouse and there was nobody there to move the items. I told her that this is the reason I called before I drove an hour and 45 minutes and that if they wanted to deliver the sofa to our home another day that it would be understandable otherwise I am not driving back home empty handed just to drive back up here another day as a result of their mistake. She was extremely rude and said they were not paying to deliver it so she made some calls and found somebody to assist in moving things around the warehouse so we could load our sofa. After waiting for the individual to arrive (not sure if he was employee or family member or friend but at least he was helpful) we finally got our sofa loaded. The box had a big hole in the side so I was concerned about the condition of the sofa but considering they had already locked the doors and were leaving the store as we were outside loading the sofa, we did not have the ability to open the box and inspect. When we got home and tried to assemble the sofa we realized we were missing the necessary hardware to assemble the sofa, however we did find a rusty pair of scissors that were bouncing around in the box. After contacting corporate to assist with the situation we were told that they were not going to do anything about the poor customer service and we were initially told that they would order the parts and we could drive back up to the store (took 2 1/2 hours round-trip last time) to get the hardware which could take up to 8 weeks to arrive. What a joke!

I have been a long time customer with Babcock Furniture but today I'm so disappointed in their customer service. I purchased 2 mattresses and a box spring. When they were delivered I was not pleased with the quality. I requested upgrade to a better quality which would also have been more expensive. I was told the items that have been sitting in my foyer would be picked up. I have been waiting 3 days with not even a call back with a status for my pick up. I can't use my deposit for the new purchase until this one is returned. I've spoken to the salesmen Daniel several times. Per Daniel his manager James which is over the Covington and Conyers location would have this request addressed and update me. I still have not heard from him. This is an awful way to treat a customer. When this matter is resolved I will pay my account off and close it. Terrible customer service
