Daelynn, without a doubt, BEST Verizon employee I've ever encountered!! Seamless transaction buying screen protector and assisting with my monthly bill so I bought 2 new phones from her, which she flawlessly set up and transferred all our old apps to. Daelynn's abilities, knowledge and customer service are superior to any other Verizon representative and/or employee I have come across in almost 20 years! She highly deserves to be recognized and rewarded and Verizon could use her skills to train the rest of the company, and mobile industry for that matter!

I believe you can sit inside in one of the chairs in the squares. And for the woman, I believe she is in training. So she probably hasn't been trained yet, to handle anything more than greeting, or selling accessories.
As long as its compatible with Verizon service its just $10 for the sim card and $20 for the set up. So a total of $30 for a post paid account.
