I recently ordered a breakfast burrito to go. When I got home & started to eat it, I realized it had no bacon. I called the establishment & spoke to Valeria who acknowledged they gave me someone else’s burrito. When I told her I wanted them to comp me next time I went in, she said they couldn’t. She demanded I go back that same day or that coming Saturday when she would be there. Excuse me…I’m the customer & YOU screwed up my order. She should’ve apologized & agreed to comp me next time, period. Instead she gave me an attitude & me some bogus excuse as to why I had to go in that same day or on Saturday when she would be there. To the business owner, teach this girl, Valeria, appropriate customer service! Don’t forget it’s because of consumers like me that you’re in business.

This place was located in Vista California right down from our hotel. The food was exceptionally off the chain authentic Mexican food. It didn't taste anything like what we get from Pepe's or El Salto. If you're ever in Vista California please. By they would appreciate your business and treat you like family. We felt welcomed.
