If I could give No stars I would. Disgusting service. I am ashamed to have the City's name associated with this retched place. If you need medical attention do not come here. You probably would die waiting for the appointment and if that doesn't kill you, the soul-sucking staff will.

I have requested my records many times because I am moving soon and they’ve never send them. It’s impossible to get in touch with your provider. Seriously, go somewhere else if you have the option or you’ll be stuck in an endless loop of trying to get help and being sent to some call center not even attached to the clinic

While efficient in their front office processes and no problems with the Nurse Practitioner, their phlebotomy talent leaves much to be desired. The lady who tried to take my blood was not skilled and poked me too many times and lost my confidence and now my arm is bruised. Now I have to fast again and waste more time going to a legit lab because of this ineptitude.

one of the worst clinics I have ever been too, dont come here if you are pregnant. You will never receive blood results and they schedule appointments without the thought that maybe people have jobs. They have unqualified phlebotomist who will and I mean, will hurt you. They lie. Also to get a hold of someone is like pulling teeth. I will never schedule a appointment here ever again and I will be reporting it to the board for neglect. Along with poor medical staff.

No, they refer dermatology to local offices..but I'm sure they have contracted prices with other offices. They use a sliding scale cost for those without ins. If you have ins., it should cover a referral.. They're very helpful when you call for info & they have Spanish speakers.. Here's a list of their in house services: Medical Clinic Chiropractic Optometry Women's Health Pediatrics Immunizations HIV Care Reproductive & Sexual Health Behavioral Health I hope this is helpful..

Hello Jeanne, what's the full name of the MD you are looking for? I am sorry you had a bad experience with VCC. If you allow me, I can assist you through this transition. But first, I'd like to know if there is anything that VCC can do to keep you as one of their patients? Would you be willing to try another VCC location?
