This is the most undependable company on earth. They lie to you and tell you oh yeah we make those kind of windows, bullet proof windows, no problem, were not backed up were doing great, you pay them all the money, and then a few months later they say we cant get the parts. They ruin peoples lives and houses, people should.boycott this company. Dont lie and say you will have the product and then wait a few months to say you wont have it on time, or maybe never have it. Not to be trusted, dont trust their lead time!!

I had worked there just for 10 days. Keep urself ready to work on toes all the way like machine... Nothing more.. they r paying less money compare to work... But u can get overtime always n can work on weekends too ...

Bought a patio door. Delivery day moved back 4 times. Missing the screen door. Two months we received the wrong size screen. Another month later we received the right size. In conclusion they make terrible screen doors. Won't stay on the track (top or bottom). Binds constantly. I wish I had my old door back. It worked great for 35 years.

I had new windows and doors installed 5 months ago. Since then I have had to have one of the door panels replaced 4 times because Jeld-Wen can not get them correct. I am not informed as to what's going on, they randomly call and say they are installing again. Every time the panel is incorrect they blame it on something else, always making excuses. Currently my windows are covered in scratches and they excuse was "sorry, but we can't see them from 10 feet, so they are fine". I would recommend everyone to find another company, do not buy from them.
