This location is usually great, staff is very friendly, in and out no problem. Unfortunately, today when I went the lady who was working was very rude and made it clear I was taking time from her lunch break. She was not friendly, demanded to know why I was there claiming she didn’t know I was coming. She gave no directions for the drug test, every word out of her mouth was rude and full of irritation that I walked in when I did. There are no lunch times posted or I would have not come when I did, as I understand the value of a lunch break. It was upsetting and I left with a bad taste in my mouth.

I have had a very hard time commuting back and forth to Europe since COVID and with the changing regulation ensuring I had everything I needed has been a challenge. That being said, the team at Any Lab Test Now in Sandy Springs has been absolutely wonderful. They have stayed open late, accommodated me at the last minute and helped me understand everything they could to ensure I got my paper work and testing done. I can’t say enough about the job Aron and the team there have done to take care of me as a customer. Thanks for all the hard work and absolutely tremendous customer service!
