Ordered a Tuna Salad Sandwich and fruit cup. The sandwich mainly consisted of thick bread and very little tuna. The fruit cup had visible mold and I obviously had to toss it in the trash. Would never eat here again.

Panera Bread What do you call this? It is supposed to be a steak and white cheddar sandwich. I want my money back. This is just unacceptable.

Ordered through rapid pickup before going to work. Got to work and realized that they’d forgotten the tub of cream cheese I paid for to go with the 12 bagels I ordered. Had to leave work to get the cream cheese. Called the store multiple times and no one picked up.

Sorry not impressed....... Soup had chicken in its name but not in the soup. The soup was warm at best and we were told to put it in the microwave. My wife's sandwich had two tomatoes, two small slices of bacon two pieces of lettuce and two thin slices of avocado. Not worth the money.
