Terrible location been waiting over 20 min in the curbside pickup and nothing. Called no answer. I went through the drive-thru the manager was very unapologetic and even laughed at me and then claimed he had no order. He literally tried telling me they didn't have enough stuff while sending a kid out to the speaker system. If someone can go out to the speaker system they can go out to do curbside. Very rude and unprofessional manager Jacob was argumentative and very unprofessional certainly not up to gold arch standards. Shadow of the leader. Former McDonald's manager. Will not be back here as long as these issues remain.

We placed 2 mobile orders. When we arrived at the drive thru and attempted to give our code the order taker rudely cur me off and asked for a name instead. Then said she couldn't find the second mobile order just pull forward. When we got to the window to receive our food they didn't give us all of our first order. We were parked while they prepared the second order. When the manager brought the second order I told her we didn't get all of our first order and she immediately got defensive. I just wanted the food we ordered and paid for. She went in search of it and finally brought the rest of the first order. So, to end a long story. The order taker didn't seem to know how to pull up and process mobile orders which confused the baggers and they were rude about the whole thing.

The evening manager Talisha or whatever her name is and her staff are the rudest employees with terrible attitudes i have ever met. Worst customer service ever. My husband and i had a mobile order. When we pulled up the lady at the intercom said to give her a moment. No problem. We're sitting there waiting, another car pulls up to the other drive through and places their order. So my husband says hello into the intercom, the person came back on with the rudest attutude yelling "I SAID GIVE ME A MOMENT. " i asked to speak with a manager and she comes to the window also with an attitude. I explained to her what had happened but she was so Nonchalant about it. I will not be patronizing this location. These employees fail to realize they have jobs because of customers. If you hate your job that much then quit.

This is the most disgusting McDonald’s I’ve been in and the service is horrible! Self service kiosk is the only way to order as they have no staff watching the front at all. My family and I ordered our meal and took a table ticket for them to deliver the food. Immediately after we couldn’t find a spot to sit at that wasn’t absolutely disgusting, we cleaned our own space to sit down. Food was ready and they yelled out number instead of delivered, as the table ticket said. We didn’t get drink cups had to wait an additional 5 minutes and literally yell to get the attention of staff to get us cups. When I opened my order (which was the new mccrunch double cheeseburger with chicken nuggets) it did not get delivered that way - I literally got a double cheeseburger and 6 piece nuggets. Also realizing I paid almost $2 more for this as both of those are on the 2 for $3 menu! Went to get our soda and all pop was flat, area was disgusting and there were no lids. While eating our food there were multiple people who were through drive through who had to walk in to get their order. McDonald’s should come and look over this place and shut it down! I completely understand that it’s a fast food place and my expectations should not be astronomical but in this case their not, I want service and drinks and food as I ordered!

Drive through only. No Face Shields. Face Mask over the Nose on Most. Gloves-Spuratic. Some hold card machine out the window, most reach out for your card with or without gloves. Pick up window usually is wearing gloves and is wearing mask, Not Touchless. People I can see working inside are Not wearing Face Shield, Mask over the Nose on Most, Some wearing gloves. Ice cream machine is broken more than not. When you order extra of pickle or tarter Sauce for example you have to deal with their side item police. Counters are not open for order and take out and bathrooms are Not accessible. This unit is by far the more difficult to deal with between them and the units at Cartersville in Big Lots Center, Jiles Road and the unit at the corner of 41 and Old 41. All those are better and the counters are all open for order and take out and bathrooms are Clean and accessible.
They seem understaffed
