Jackie Griselda & Diana we’re amazing & very professional. Jackie answered my questions regarding my sons braces & gave me options on how to pay. Griselda assisted me with questions regarding my insurance which was very informative. Diana assisted with my sons deep cleaning. She made my son’s first experience so smooth. The staff, Dr. Brar and Assistant Tiffani did such an amazing job with my 7 year old son and his tooth extraction. The ladies all came and cheered him on and it brought Oliver and I alot of comfort during the procedure. 10/10 recommend.

My temporary crown is hanging WAY out beyond my gums and falling off less than an hour after my visit. Literally told the assistant that did it, that it did not feel right and is obviously hitting first when I bite. She said "You can just come back worst case" She was just told that it obviously isn't right and didn't care at all to fix the problem. UPDATE: The temp crown broke off in less than 24 hours as expected NO eating even involved. It just fell off itself... Do not be fooled, this place is absolutely terrible. The treatment is horrendous, they'll explain absolutely nothing to you during the process and leave you sitting for hours wondering what you're waiting for, and when you begin having issues with your treatment or the staff (which trust me, you will) they'll act extremely condescending and belittle you, as if it were your fault that they failed to do their job. Made the mistake of pre-paying a treatment plan here and regretted it immediately. Not only is the staff extremely rude, the front desk girls will lie about being the manager when you have a complaint. After 3 root canals, they forgot TWO of the impressions which has forced multiple unnecessary appointments for them to actually do their job, and waste even more of my time. If I wasn't stuck already waiting for my crowns to arrive, I'd run as quickly as a possible to another dentist... don't make my mistake and find somewhere else from the start...

The whole office was so nice and efficient. Hilda cleaned my teeth and it was the best cleaning experience I’ve ever had in my life. She gave me tips for the next cleaning and for getting cavities filled. I’ve had many many cavities and I don’t think I’ve ever left the dentist without having the sides of my mouth cracked open (I have a small mouth). I actually can’t wait to go back to get my newest cavities filled with how nice everyone was haha. Thank you western dental and especially Hilda for taking the time with me!
