Been going to this place for almost 10 years ...they used to be good... but last two visits have been a disappointment... feel like the staff not interested in providing a quality service in preparing your order., also, in today’s order felt that the banana they used was not of good quality (blackened - may be over ripened or spoiled, not sure)

Person greeting and advising people to wait outside when shop is too full, was not very friendly. Place was busy so staff was rushed. I like my toppings well blended into the ice cream but the cookie dough was basically still in one chunk as I was eating it. The girl that fixed our ice cream was friendly though.
