EDIT: after posting my original review, a representative reached out & offered amazing costumer service. Im updating my 1 star review to 5stars! She was very concerned about my experience and wanted to make it right. Customer service is lacking. After shopping at the carlsbad location for so many years i guess we were spoiled. Upon arrival, a gal came from the back like we just interrupted her and another girl doing something that shouldn't have been... it was weird the feeling we got. We went in with intentions to purchase 2 pairs of running shoes and see about getting fit to make sure we were both still "neutral." They only had 1 shoe in the make/model we requested. When asked if they had any other neutral shoes they had no idea what we were talking about. No offer of bringing us other shoes to try or anything. No offer to look to see if they had shutting that could be shipped... nothing! They were both truly lost at their job. I wish there would have been a "professional" at this location to help us find the prefect fit.. or at least someone a little more eager to help customers. We will not be back.

Rude customer service and the shoes that i was looking at had scuff marks on them I did as if they would be willing to knock down the price down by $10 but they didn’t work with me

I had a great experience buying shoes at this store today. Nathan was very helpful, and patient. I probably tried on 6 or 7 pair of shoes before settling on one. I was referred to the store from my Podiatrist. I told Nathan the problems I was having, and he was very knowledgeable and wanted to make sure I was happy. I tried to give him a tip and he would not accept. We will definitely be back.

Very happy with the help I received here picking out new shoes for work. The lady there was extremely knowledgeable on all the specifics for the shoes they carry. They didn’t have the color I wanted, so they shipped from another store at no extra cost, got to my house in a few days. Will definitely be going back to this store when I need new shoes. They are total experts in running shoes!
