Went February 2022, was disappointed at how empty the store is now. The womens side hardly had anything. Not much for outerwear, only 1-2 random sizes for what there was, not a lot of bags, no belts, no scarves or accessories. A lot of runway pieces that not many people wear. The mens side was only a little better. This used to be the absolute best Burberry outlet with tons products and sizes and options. Now it’s just a giant half empty store :(

7/19/21. 😘 💕 Loved it! It's huge! More than twice as large as the Burberry outlet store 🏬 in Livermore, CA. The men's department is amazing! Tons of last seasons & a year prior offerings! I bought four items that I never even saw at the Livermore store 🏬 or at the Post Street, San Francisco flagship store or downtown SF Westfield Mall store on Market Street, but know that Burberry does not make clothes directly for their outlet stores; it's all from past seasons from their regular boutique stores. I'll be 🔙! I hope twice a year. The staff were very nice & helpful.

First experience to buy luxury bag in an outlet. Bought 3 bags and loved them. Quality is good. We don’t have any luxury outlet store in Hawaii and will definitely come again . Staff are friendly .
