I recently had a truly great experience when I visited Woodhaven at Park Bridge. I had an appointment with Eric to see the property. I arrived early and he was still with a previous customer. Kurt was available at that time and he volunteered to show me around. He explained everything and he made me feel so welcome, unlike any other communities I visited. He is so professional and has such a welcoming manner. That afternoon, Kurt told me that I didn’t need to look at any other communities because I had just found my new home. I knew he was right. I am so excited to become a new resident here!

After living here now for a year, my wife and I can say that we absolutely love everything about living here! From the first time we came here to meet with Kurt while looking for apartments, we were thoroughly impressed with him! He was so incredibly welcoming and GENUINE. We lived in an apartment community in Roswell 5 years ago, and I can tell you that our awful experience had us very guarded while looking for a new apartment community. I don't know if anyone will be able to match this community here at Woodhaven at Park Bridge and all that it offers its residents! The attached garage, the awesome gym and pool area, the cleanliness and safety that is felt here is a huge blessing! I have to also recognize the amazing maintenance team here! ALL of them are absolutely fantastic! All of our maintenance requests have been met quickly and with customer care as the priority! Komil, Alex, Mike and the rest of the crew are always super warm and friendly! They're presence is seen and felt and they truly care about this community and take pride in caring for the residents here! Komil has become a dear friend of ours through our interactions from maintenance requests and seeing him out and about in the community! Mr. Kurt is the epitomy of what you could only hope to find in a leasing agent! His kindness and I'll say it agian....his GENUINENESS towards my wife and I was the biggest factor in us choosing to lease here, and guess what? It's time for us to renew our lease, and Kurt and all the reasons stated above, are the reasons why we have decided to remain here!
