Nov 23, 21It's been awhile since I've come to this carms location but I always enjoyed coming to this one because it was always friendly employees eager to help you but today not so much. I heard a manager talking to her employees about evaluations and how she didn't get one for a while and that she's been there for 3 years but never once looked over and said how can I help you ma'am or is there anything you're particularly looking for. Nope nothing... When I asked her to help me find a PAW Patrol shirt and the boys section she gradually helped me and it was like nope there's nothing there and when I went to check out she never even bothered to ask me for my phone number and couldn't be bothered to correct her mistake. Somebody who's a manager and has been at this location for three years should know better customer service and how to run her business. I'm not sure I'll be back I prefer going to the new one up the road next to the Mexican place and Office Depot A friend recommended your store to me. Says it was a great place to get clothes in things when you're on a budget and I have to say it was not disappointing the staff here were super nice and the clothes were clean and organized and a very good price. Someone who's never even heard of this company or been been there before. I would definitely recommend it to somebody else.

Staff are really friendly and store is very clean. However, the prices are outrageous. Some items are cheaper new. Some clothing items still had tags from Ross, and Ross’s prices were cheaper on the original tag.
