This is a great option if you're in Townsend, Tennessee.. I went off reviews to suggest that we chose this place We got a pitcher of beer with 4 frosted glasses. Our waitress just offered those up without asking. It was 95° out. The beer was ice cold in the pitcher Talking about refreshing. And man it was fresh beer. Draft beer can go flat in my experience eating out. We had everything you see in the photos. I had the raspberry burger. I strongly recommend it.. nice sweet taste with very hot fries. The steak was coldish.. so they made it right with a new one, just offered it up..and the free dessert.. Really first class place👍👍 It's clear they want you to leave happy😁 Daniel was our waitress!! World class waitress she was. Great job..Thank you🙏 It's important you see those bathroom pictures. This is the ultimate tell, tell, sign of a clean restaurant. The easiest place to clean is the bathroom. The hardest place is the kitchen. If they can't clean the bathroom imagine what the kitchen looks like. This bathroom was spotless. There was a nice amount of people. I'm so impressed...Bravo.. 5 Stars all the way..

Wow we are so happy we stumbled upon this place! After a long day of hiking, I was craving a big juicy steak. I got that and my boyfriend got the raspberry burger. He said it was amazing. Very affordable. We had a very sweet waitress. She recommended the blueberry cheesecake for dessert so we had that as well. Great food and service. Hope to be able to visit again sometime.

Wow! Great food and atmosphere! Kenzie was a very friendly server. She always made sure we had what we wanted. I was really impressed with the grilled trout and fried catfish. The catfish was perfectly breaded and seasoned. The trout was grilled to perfection. The hushpuppies are also very good. Try the homemade cinnamon honey butter on their bread. So good! The Blueberry cheesecake was an excellent way to top off the dinner. If you're in the area, stop by and try! You won't be disappointed!

Called an order in for takeout for dinner. I got an Angry Steven Burger and a cup of chili. My girl got the same with a baked potato. The burger had mashed potatoes, American cheese, blue cheese crumbles and the works on the side. I ordered my burger medium and it was cooked perfectly. This was absolutely the best burger in Townsend hands down. It was juicy and thick on a fresh bun. The mashed potatoes and cheese combo was awesome. The chili was rich and meaty with cheddar cheese on top. It was very good with meat and beans. This is a fantastic restaurant and has excellent staff. The meal was packaged really well. Everything we ordered was there and our special requests were done. Excellent food and excellent service at Trailhead. I would highly recommend a visit to this Townsend institution.
