I know quite a few drivers want to give Craig and Jimmy personal shout outs who are amazing. Got a cousin named Ian working in the back office who is a stud so with those 3 alone I know this is a well run business. My kid loves the bus took him on a date just riding the bus one time ššš

My husband and I ride bft bus all the time. Me personally since I was a baby. 1987. Most of the drivers are polite and kind. However there are a few that need a class in customer service. My main complaint is my husband was falsely accused of touching a female rider on the bus in a sexual manner and instead of watching the bus video to prove my husband didn't do that the suprivior banned him from riding the bus permanently. I thought we had a law innocent until proven guilty!!!! My husband is a good man and does not deserve this!

Would put 0 stars if I could!!! Route 120 is never on time. You need to change whatever you need to make it get to three rivers on time!! Iām never able to make the busses I need and even if it leaves on time the bus drivers take their time and makes it late, fix the route or the drivers! Your call

You can board in Richland at the Knight Street transfer center. The cost is 1.50 cash, drivers don't carry cash and can't give change.
Depends on where you are coming from.
