I agree with all the negative reviews of this location.....all of the staff seem to have horrible attitudes. This morning I purchased several items including a 25ct munchkin. The person serving me was actually putting the munchkins in one at a time ( and she still only put nineteen in the box) other locations fill your box up .... They are Munchkins not gold nuggets....you will end up throwing out what you dont sell anyway. Iam done with this location.........i hope the new location is better.

I always prefer to go to Dunkin’ for coffee but this last experience I had might be the last. When the guy took my order and I didn’t get cream and sugar he gave me black coffee. They never use black coffee it was disgusting. And had a attitude when I asked for cream and sugar to try to make my drink somewhat drinkable.

Terrible! They only have drive thru available if you want coffee or whatever.. unless you are using the stupid app then you can go inside! Ridiculous.. the staff is always in a bad mood. Hope the new location is better... big cluster f#$%!! And i hope u know what u want before you get here.

The worst customer service experience I’ve ever had. The team member taking my order was not in the least bit pleasant and then when we arrived at our destination and tried our drinks they were completely wrong. I looked at the receipt and they weren’t rung up correctly and even weren’t correct per what was rung up. We drove back to the store but missed the 30 minute window to remake our drink. The worker was screaming at me and telling me to look at the color of my drink to prove it was right when it was no where near correct. We were supposed to get two peppermint mocha lattes which come with whipped cream and syrup and were only given regular lattes.
