They no longer allow reservations for any of their water related activities, which means you can show up and they won’t have what you need available, which is the worst. The employees don’t even know what they have in stock and asked ME, the customer, to go check and see for myself what was available. Unacceptable. But that’s just the beginning. Employees were poorly educated on the ADA and had a horrible attitude problem. I have a disability and my service animal (not ESA—a service animal that performs tasks) was not accommodated, which is against the law. They used a feeble excuse of “we were bought out in January” as the reason I couldn’t be accommodated. You can’t be bought out of having to comply with the law. And it’s NEVER okay to scream out at a customer and embarrass them. I’ve been bringing my service dog with me for years and it has never been a problem. Apparently the new owners aren’t interested in accommodating disabilities or having any level of customer service. I would recommend you go literally anywhere else.

Kind of disappointed with tubing here this year. It was fun and we had a great time, don’t get me wrong, but with the new management, things aren’t the same. Bathrooms weren’t clean, they had ripped out the really nice changing rooms we loved when we came previously, I didn’t get much response to my questions ahead of time about simple things, the website info is incorrect or they claim they do things they don’t really do, and then on top of it all, the prices went up. It was a bit chaotic. I hate to sound like I’m complaining after having a good time. We’re just disappointed the nicest tubing place along the green river has gone downhill so much. =(

Booked a rustic river cabin. Limited info on website, never received a receipt or check in, check out times. I had to leave an email and a voice-mail and wait a day to hear back to get a receipt. Check in signs for camping point to a bus and cabin. BUT, you actually have to check in where you get the tubes for floating. No info on where bathrooms or shower house were given. Cabin had recently been updated and did have AC, which was a plus. However cabin 1 and 2 sit right on top of each other and right behind the tube shack. I stayed in cabin 1. Absolutely no privacy. And while the cabin had been recently renovated, it was dirty - they hadn't even swept the floor from sanding the drywall. The door is swollen so it was difficult to open and close. Shower house had good water pressure however it clearly never actually gets a cleaning. One toilet doesnt have a lock on the door and the other isnt actually seated so it wobbles when you sit down. Allegedly there is wifi but it never showed up for me. Overall, a pretty mediocre place for the price.

Took the entire family plus two kiddos and had the best time. All of us were first timers and the staff made us feel so welcome. They even gave popsicles to the kids when we were done. But really it was fantastic. Will return definitely.

You can pay $30 to get the upgraded inflated kayak. It was the best choice I made. Enough room for me and my son, plus you can control with the paddle. Well worth the upgrade
You pay per trip. If 2 hours isn't enough, you can pay for the 4 hour trip which is what I do every time. There's 3 stopping points and can quit anytime at those pickup spots
Yes they are get ready to walk too they will be packed and youll have to park a long ways off on the side of the road
Yes, it is. I've been there and you can bring your own tube. you're paying for the ride to the launch off spot and parking. There is public access at the launch off so you can use your own tube and pay nothing but how do you get back to your car or get to the launch off unless you have two cars in your party.
