Moved in, In April 2022. Paying $1,700 a month is not worth it. Their is no dishwasher, very small refrigerator, and very small and narrow stove, single pane windows. But I can say that the Management and staff are nice.

I'd like to give two thumbs up for our maintenance men at Zen Diamond Apartments formerly known as Zen Diamond Valley senior living Apartments art Brandon and Julian are amazing I called them The A-Team always kind always helpful and always going above and beyond they are amazing thank you great choice I forgot to add that on Christmas day at our Christmas party 2021 Art the maintenance Supervisor delivered Christmas dinner to the home bound / seniors that had a hard time getting out. A-team all the way.

Bed Bug infested apartments! I have talked to 10 or more seniors who have dealt with bed bug infestation. They are not getting rid of them. They simply band aid it up until another breakout happens and it travels to another apartment. They do not give seniors 24 hour notices before pounding on windows waking tenants up for work orders that are constantly going on. It is noisy and the management team are beyond rude. They only care to get that buck in their pockets! I have overheard them talking and have recorded it to paint over mold and mildew after apartments flooding. They raise rent without notice which is against the law. They shut off water without notices and had something put in the water without giving notice to tenants which we still have and will be tested. Remind you I don't live here. I work for Adults and Seniors in a social worker field and come a couple days a week talking to these seniors. Housing is getting involved. So Zen, which is anything but! I'd watch how you treat these seniors and start giving these seniors the respect they deserve. You make it look pretty on the outside but the inside is very ugly. You have more than enough seniors documenting these issues. Their complaints fall on deaf ear, so I recommend you open up.

Excellent customer service. Very knowledgable and friendly. Cassandra and Adan are so nice and helped me reserve a 2 bedroom apartment for me and my sheltie. They are very understanding and the place is beautiful. Sparkling pool and friendly people. Reasonable price too.
