This place has gone way down the hill The Landscaping is terrible. When I call the office no one picks up the phone at all. It is as if they don't care about us at all. There are people staying here with other tenants without paying rent. Whenever a tenant lets the office know, the clerk tell us to submit a letter and nothing is done. When new tenants we are telling other tenants word on the street that "the office does nothing to correct non praying tenants who are not on a lease." There have been teenagers living here with family members. Many of us living here know this to be true. I've been living in my apartment for about 11 years and the up keep has gone beyond down hill. I know you probably don't care about us. But if their is no tenants there is no landlord. I've work in management for many many Year and I realize that if you have no people to live in this apartment complex, you have no business to run. I an very concern about the lack of concern shown to us. Please do better by US.

Gates are broken all the time , homeless come in and out, like they live there.

Super quite here and my unit is cozy and comfortable! But lately I have noticed that the upkeep of the property falls short. The gardners havent maintained the property anymore. They also need a porter to stay on top of the laundry rooms.
