cigarette smoke comes through the vents and the homeless are sleeping here. Some apartments have several people living there not on the tenant list. I dont have the money to move or would.

My husband is in a wheelchair , are the apartments equipped for the disable? WhAt activities are there for seniors? Are you aloud to have guessed overnite? What about bugs roaches ? Are the Appsrtments roach free?
