We ordered a corsage for my daughter from another flower shop and paid for it 4 days in advance. The other flower shop did not have it ready when we came in to pick it up. They couldn't even find our order. I then jumped online and found Arlene's Flowers and gifts. I started the online order for a corsage. It was very easy to order online and they had the option for delivery. I checked out 6 minutes after 12:30pm and the website said that they couldn't deliver her flowers after 12:30pm. I called Arlene's and they were very kind and considerate knowing that we needed the corsage that night and our situation. They were able to push our order in to be delivered that night. They were so nice and the delivery came on time and the flowers were beautiful!! Thank you so much!

They made the perfect arrangement for my Aunt. She was able to see them before she went to heaven. She had wanted flowers like she had at her wedding almost 50 years ago. They even made her a willow cross for decoration in the arrangement. It really touched the entire family. The flowers decorated the alter at church today. I found two plants to take home with me in their greenhouse too.

The delivery lady left a message on my phone saying there was a dog by the door. There wasn't. The dog must've been at least 15 ft from the door and it wasn't barking otherwise I would've known someone was at the door. She left the stuff at the complex office on a Friday close to closing so the flowers will be dead by Monday so hopefully there's a full refund since our complex office doesn't accept packages and probably threw them away. If you want reliable try Just roses or anyone.
