Brought my children to the west union, sc location to eat. It was lunch time so I understood it would be busy. It took 25 minutes for us to get our food. I then had to go back to the desk 3 times because we didn’t get our drinks, sauce or napkins. And then had to return our drinks because there was black dirt in them. The drinks are dispensed by a machine there wasn’t any ice in our drinks and they were half full. The way that the restaurant is set up isn’t customer friendly. And should be re-evaluated!!!

Two days in a row, I tried getting ice cream cones......and machine was still down, with no-one knowing when it'd be back up & running. Atho, I've had good luck here before.

It was late and we were tired. Since COVID nothing stays open after 8 or 9pm on week nights. Except Mickey D's, so we got some fries and double cheeseburgers and felt some better. And the employees that work at night are usually nicer, they were here.

They want everyone to be served quickly so everyone can eat and not give them a bad rating. This does cause' orders to be wrong in ways. Like panda tart said not everyone does this.
I've only noticed masks being worn and money handlers wear gloves. We do drive thru only in order to protect our family.
