Service department management and staff is good. Not the techs..the staff. The sales department is horrible. Went in to sell my truck, was not offered to take a seat, was treated like an inconvenience then given an insulting low ball. Sell your vehicles at CarMax. CarMax gave me 6500 more than what this dealership offered me.

After months of watching Silverados on cargurus I found the one I wanted and it was located at Scenic Chevrolet. I emailed them to let them know I was making the 1 1/2 hour drive from Taylors to come check out the truck. Upon arriving Whitney Matthews grabbed the keys and pulled it up so I could take a test drive. She handled the rest of the process from setting up the financing to helping me link my phones to Bluetooth and getting my onstar setup. She was so helpful and friendly and made a process that is usually somewhat painful completely pain free. She's responded to emails and texts when I was checking up on the registration. Overall I'm 100% pleased with Whitney and the whole team. If you're looking for a Chevy don't pass these guys up even if you're not close by. It was well worth the drive and I love my new truck.
