I like coming to this store. The employees are very helpful finding the products that I need. They are courteous, polite, accommodating, knowledgeable and professional. Ramon Mercado helped carry the 10 rubber bender boards and 2 weed shields (they were heavy stuff!) to my car. Raul helped carry the boxes of tiles, bullnose and mortar cement. Chris did an absolutely stellar job helping me out. I came in to return a tool cabinet I had purchased online that ended up having an incorrect description. The online customer service couldn't help much, but Chris exchanged my tool cabinet for one that actually matched the description of the one I bought. Went above and beyond to ensure I was satisfied and was treated fairly. Honestly, one of the best experiences I've had at any home improvement store, which aren't always known for great experiences. This is now my go-to store (the Otay Lakes location) for anything home and gardening related. I'm only disappointed I hadn't found this location sooner.

I went to Lowes looking for a very specific tool for a proyect I was having trouble with had already spent 1/2 of day attemting to finish but without the too could not do it once there spoke with a customer’s service rep and explainbto him what I need it to find it tool him just minutes to walk me to the item 🤗 once back home just took me 15 minutes to close shop all done, thank you Lowes and infortunally I never asked for the person’s name but thank you too. Lots of parking spaces and store custoners service Reps are all over to help 👍👍👍

Home depot and Lowe's have similar items but just a little different. If you bought the vanity in Lowe's they can order what you need. If you're mixing the two then you can get them everywhere. Just depends on what you want the outcome to be. I would say. Lowes has different shades. They can order the shades if you wish.
They only responds to mail by pigeon, owl, or any such method of aviary delivery. Thank you for your service, and have a good day.
