The associate at this location needs and should be fired immediately. Disgusting attitude and has no respect.. I'm telling you right now that guy's going to call me Suit one too many times, I'm going to knock his teeth out of his mouth.

A major reason for this review is that I want to convey the following message: There are many good Spinx associates who are friendly and helpful, but there are too many terrible ones that are hurting your business. Even though you have great service, management doesn't hold these bad associates accountable, and are therefore not nearly as productive as you should be, which is a major reason that you have lost my business. The associate at Spinx at the 1519 White Horse Rd. location this morning at was the rudest, most disrespectful associate I have ever seen. Name-calling and very condescending. Horrible to deal with. He should be terminated immediately.

Food tastes good, but if you order a large potato wedges, expect only 4 wedges, totally not worth the upcharge. This has just begun in the last 3 weeks, before then they actually gave you a large potato wedge order.

Teach the little girl at the register how to run it. Charged me 1.49 for 2 cups of ice... Cool, but I also bought lotto tickets etc. and asked to pay half cash half card. Well she rang up everything but lotto tickets that I have to pay in cash👀. Therefore having me run to my car to get more cash just for the tickets. Makes no silense.
