We bought a punch card that could play 10 times, but at the last time, it was said that we had insufficient balance and could not play. The child came happily, but was refused entry. The parents wanted to make up the price difference. The manager was very unreasonable, disagreed, and did not explain it well. In the end, the parents said that they were willing to pay 15 per unit for the children's happiness. The manager changed his mind again and kicked the parents and children out. It feels so so.....bad. Please watch out your punch card if you already had one. You may inadvertently lose your money without giving you a chance to refute it.

Took my kids here to play on a hot day and it was a great experience. The facility was very clean, nice air conditioned environment and the staff was very nice. I signed the waiver online prior to going and it saved some time when we checked in. For the price it's definitely worth it and we will be going back again soon.

We brought our son to this cute indoor playground for his birthday. He had tons of fun. They have a section for younger kids which is where he spent most of his time. They have a very affordable price for parents and kids. You pay admission for one child and two adults get to go in with the child. I shopped around for other places and it's usually admission for 1 child and 1 adult. I recommend this place for little kids and older kids they will have a blast.

The kids (5, 4, 2, 2) all loved it... and I did too (the big slide was almost more for me than for them). We were there for a few hours in the afternoon and had to pry the kids away for dinner. Check in was a little weird (waivers for everyone and 5 of the 6 of us needed socks (on sale for 2.50 a pair), so that was a little extra I wasn't planning on) but still not too bad. For a family of 6 it was $72.50 for unlimited time but no tokens (for games, or car rides under the play area). All in all I'd likely recommend it and we may be repeat customers (so I can go down that slide, if nothing else).

Yeah. It’s cheap though so don’t expect getting discounts or going in free with a 2 yr at every single place.

No. They have an area for babies and toddlers still in diapers and then a larger play area for everyone else including parents
