Julian is rude and incessant. The gym had a 'wheel of fortune' game that my friend won a free 30-day pass on. We only used it about four times. On our fifth visit, we received weird looks and the attending employee talked to about five people before coming back to us. Getting in that day was like receiving nuclear launch code clearance or something. Eventually Julian came up to us, took my ID and 30-day pass. After our workout we went and talked to him. He asked me to sit down with him. I said no, I have homework to do. He said, 'okay I'll follow you guys out then.' He blabbered on and on about the gym until I finally asked for my pass and ID back. He only gave me back my ID so I asked, "okay can I have my pass back." He said he'd 'give it back' the next time I came. We won the pass fair and square. Don't give out passes if you're going to steal them back. Unprofessional and annoying. The gym sucked anyway.

I joined this location recently and I really like the staff and quality of the gym. However, there is never any hand sanitizer in the theater room. I've asked twice for it to be refilled and it hasn't. I feel that is very irresponsible especially considering there is a highly infectious disease taking folks out.

I’ve been a member of Gold’s Gym MTC off & on for a long period. The staff has always been helpful, but due to issues over personal training? I have put in my membership cancellation request. My advice to those looking to join any gym is? Personal training is a good asset in reaching your personal goals, but don’t inter into any signed agreement with personal training if you can’t reasonably ended if your financial situation can’t support it. I say this not to discourage personal training, but I think no matter how good their pitch is to you about the benefits? Take a look at where you stand financially, if you can’t? That’s fine. There’s No shame in it. I hold no hard feelings towards the gym & wish all who go there my best.

What a joke. A giant weightlifting gym that has just THREE weightlifting racks. For Pete sake. It’s overcrowded and filled with nonsense machines. No trap bar. No safety dip bar. Missing handles for the cable machines. There was a guy wet mopping during the busiest time of the day making people almost trip near dangerous equipment. Sad that Jose made me pay for a day pass when he really could’ve just given me a guest pass. Won’t be back.

Hello Calvin, Great question! Unfortunately this location does not have hydro massage chairs. But Glendale and Anaheim do offer them.
Hello Evollett, The child has to be 12 years or older and can obtain a gym membership but must be accompanied by an adult until the age of 16.
18 unless accompanied by an adult.
Hi Lorraine, I am currently a member and just completed my session with a trainer. I am going solo from now on as I have had a trainer for 9 months. Talk to the manager and tell him you are not interested in a trainer. Stand your ground and be adamant about your decision to stop the training Sessions
