EVgo Charging Station

Make sure my card is in order, check website to make sure charger is operational, make hotel reservations at Crowne Plaza in Cherry Hill, NJ because they have EVgo charger. Once we arrive we are pleased to see charger is available. Have problems getting charger to work. There are no instructions on how to use the charger. Call EVgo rep for assistance. Cody was VERY professional but in the end, EVgo charger failed to be able to operate "AS THEY ADVERTISE" because of some technical reason. We drive 65 miles to meet friends near here for a Saturday of dancing. We decided to make the trip in our i3 because of EVgo's charger. Cody's answer to the problem was to send us to another EVgo charger where we would stand around for an hour waiting... IF their charger worked! Why would I put myself through that? This is the third time in a year (out of four) that I've encountered a problem with this particular charging station. I've complained to EVgo and to the hotel management repeatedly with no result. EVgo may want to rethink their business model.
