The people working here have to just be ignoring customers every single day. I’ve been here about 5 times because it’s close to my house and every single time they mess up my order. It never fails. The service takes forever and they do not listen. When you tell them they messed up your order and what you’re missing they just look at you like you’re speaking a different language for a good minute. I genuinely don’t understand how this McDonald’s is even still open. Management needs to either put people back in training or clean house.

Hit or miss, sometimes it's great; sometimes it's cold and the orders wrong. Update: lately they can't get nothing right, foods raw or so old it isn't funny, if u ask for ketchup they act like your robbing them. Literally had to make 3 trips up there for them to get my food right.
