My daughter and I did a take out order last night and I sent her in to pick it up. she came out and said she was shocked at the price and as she finished her sentence, a worker came out and said she had given her the wrong order to which my daughter went back inside where they charged my card AGAIN for a total of SEVENTY FOUR dollars and I spoke to the manager who said ‘it shouldn’t have come out of your bank’(talking about the first charge but how does that even make sense?) which I replied ‘would you like to see where it did???’ I have screenshots! And then I was told the owner would call me and never did(expected that) so now not only is it STILL not back in my bank but I’m still waiting on that phone call. And let me add, when you debit someone’s card for TWO orders, the customer should not have to wait 3 or 4 days for a refund. You didn’t wait that long to take the money out so.. Update- ‘Unflattering remarks??’ I hope everyone will go and read your incredibly unprofessional and patronizing comments to anybody that didn’t leave you a 4 or 5 star review. Which is what you gave me on the phone and why we will never be back. You didn’t try to ‘resolve’ the issue. This is the last time I’m even going to acknowledge this.

Dirty, lettuce on salad bar brown, very few hot pizzas on bar.will not visit again. Server was good, the only reason for 2 stars

Absolutely love this place. It was my husband's 1st time eating here and he said it definitely lived up to all the hype he had heard from myself and others. Great food and great service will always make for happy and returning customers.

Was visiting from out of town and have always had good food at other pizza inns. I should have left and called the health dept when the server swept the food from under our table to next to the buffet. ANYONE in ANY kind of food service knows you DON'T do that, you get a dustpan and clean it up!!! The cardboard they slapped the toppings on was old and cold which probably meant it was out for longer than it should have been according to proper health guidelines. Do yourself a favor and STAY AWAY!! If I could give ZERO stars, that's where this rating would be!!!! ***to clarify a point I made**** THEY WEREN'T SWEEPING IT UP!!!!!!! The server MOVED the food from one part of the floor to next to the buffet.....NEVER picked it up!!!! And when a slice of pizza was dropped on the floor a server promptly kicked it closer to the buffet. My advice is to let your servers know that sweeping up requires a broom and dustpan and not moving from point A to B. Very unhealthy and unsanitary. I have been in the food service industry and know people would get fired for doing what I saw in front of your customers. I am happy to say that I won't be back and will make sure that people I know don't waste their money there. If that is pride in your business, I'm sorry to say it isn't very much at all.
