I will never go here again! I made an order around 9:30pm. I just had gotten back from Tennessee and was grabbing dinner for myself, my husband and 5 years old granddaughter. After I waited 20 minutes in the drive thru I was told that they weren't going to make the pizza, which had been paid for online, until the next day! I asked for my money back and was told that I would have to call corporate to get a refund. I did go the next day to get the pizza and it had a weird taste and was dried out really bad. I'm not sure what was put on the pizza but it smelled and tasted like some sort of chemical 🤔 I'm not sure if they tried to poison us or what.

There is a sign on the door that says “Lobby call in only” After calling in for Italian cheesy bread I was told “this is a hot and ready item and has to be picked up in drive thru & we also only have 2ppl working” I guess she didn’t know I had just been turned away at the door and was able to see that there were 3 other employees besides herself inside 🙄 . My thing is, if this is a hot and ready item why turn me away at the door just to make me wait in the drive thur for OVER 15mins? Won’t be back & wouldn’t recommend.

Took about 30 mins after i ordered one pizza to get it. Line was backed up. When i got to the window it took 5 mins to get my pizza. The last 3 times i been has been horrible as far as the wait time. 2 other times i got to the speaker to order and they tell me Sorry we're closed due to lack of employees. This place use to be pretty good all the time and now i doubt I'll go back. East Rome Ceasars has been on point the few times i been.

Ordered cheese in the crust and extra cheese. Neither was present when I got home and checked it out. Called back and was told sorry you can bring it back for a refund. Who wants to drive all the way back and get a refund. Could have given discount on next purchase.
