Dyson, what a disappointment that you’re not supporting these centers with proper staffing. This poor guy was alone at 9:30am with 6 people in line. He said someone yelled at him yesterday for the wait and was asking us all to be patient. Probably because it’s just this one guy, the showroom was Disgusting. Dead ants, spiders, crumbs and dirt were everywhere. Extremely ironic for a mostly vaccume company, but when would they have the time to clean? They had only accessories on show, so it was 7 people standing in a tiny dirty white room waiting to be helped. I’m sure the service would have been fine if I had waited any longer. After 30 minutes with only 1 person being helped, I left. This is an obvious failure of corporate and I’m shocked considering the service and warranty’s they tout.

What a poor experience. I have a out of warranty unit that needed a new motor. They told me to just buy a refurbished unit but would fix it if i wanted. The shop then had the unit it for a very long time.. They never answer the phones or return calls. then finally called and left msg.//they had to replace the cord before they could even evaluate the motor issue. again never answered any phone calls... Finally fully frustrated i went in person and picked up the unit. The tape on the cord was a small shred of painters blue tape from a painting project and with absolutely no cord damage. After this poor Dyson experience I will never purchase another DYSON and can never ever recommend this service center.

I was actually surprised with the service at this location. The only downside to this whole experience is the drive from OC, but other than that the service rep and the time of service was excellent. Not sure what my service rep's name was, but he was super helpful and gave me some solid advice on how to maintain my vacuum. Definitely recommend this spot if you don't mind the drive.

Dyson has an employee that goes above and beyond. He exceeds customer service expectations and his name is Nelson. My sister was here on Friday and she said this place is extremely busy with line outside of this location. Nelson was the only person there that day and helped everyone. He treated everyone with respect and did not let anyone cut the line because some people felt that they were more important than others. My sister said that there was a long wait but completely worth it. Nelson you’re doing an amazing job sweetheart. Thank you for having him here Dyson and helping my sister.

Hi Marcia Sometimes a clog can cause the unit to overheat and trip the thermal cutoff in the motor. The unit will not turn back on until it cools down. I'm not sure when the site will be reopening but if you call out helpline they can troubleshoot the problem or send it in for repair.
