We had a great time visiting this outlet and working with David to find a bag that met my specific needs. He took the time to help me determine what size and composition would work for me. I was incredibly indecisive about color, however. He checked the back and even on their computer checked around the country to see if other colors were available in a particular purse. He was NOT pushy, but was ensuring I left with something that would work for me. David let me know that since I needed a larger utilitarian bag, I may find something across the promenade at the Men's Coach. It was a good idea, but I didn't find anything that I really fell in love with. We walked around and shopped for a couple hours, then returned. I bought the bag and got a killer deal on it. Thank you so much David for your kind professionalism, you are an awesome sales representative and we left very impressed and confident with the purchase!
