Be careful about using Home Depot’s floor installation service. All wood delivered only to be told that installation would be difficult. You will be charged a 15% restocking fee per contract and almost impossible to get the flooring returned. Still waiting for Home Depot to honor their free and easy return as half the flooring still sits in my garage. Would have been nice if the flooring installation assessment was done prior to delivery. It took the team about 15min to tell me all the reasons why it wouldn’t work.

Came in around 7pm for a garage door motor after checking stock levels online. This store had more inventory then any location within a 20 mile radius. Found this lovely note stating to ask staff in the nearby millworks area for assistance....apparently that department closes early and nobody was available. Found someone else to assist, checking the handheld scanner, walking around aimlessly, then asking "do you need this today?"..... then the manager got involved, she seemed more puzzled by the situation then the origional guy I asked for help. After they conversed privately, she said that their inventory was "off" and they were missing the 3 units that were showing up online and then suggested I go to another location. Professionalism was not her strong suit. At the end of this - I feel like nobody (including the manager) knows where the inventory was stashed and couldn't help me, so suggesting to try another store was their way of covering up the issue. Super disappointed by this situation and baffled how employees can just put notes up and stash product places where nobody can locate them (inventory scanner was not bringing up their actual location). If they are getting stolen, then lock them up like all the tools.
