They send confusing papers claiming I have violations, one for my roof which as replaced a year ago..turns out the ONE time I was able to speak to someone thatbits from YEARS before I owned my place, and then they hang up, nothing answered. Call today, no humans, just an automated system which hangs upmon you.

Made a complaint twice for code violation for same property and they do not come out within a timely manner, thus they do not see why i am complaining. If they had come out the day of the complaint instead of 24-48 hours later they would understand the complaint reason. The building is under renovations and they do different things on different days, so it is not everyday. Now there is no case. What is the point in having this service if you cannot rely on it? Meanwhile, i and many others are still having issues with chemicals going through the building and have not gotten any resolve. This is not everyday, but i guarantee if a rep. actually came out to see what the issue was on the day of the complaint they would agree with my concern. Second time a rep. came out they spoke to someone who didnt even make the complaint and notated there was no issues, they didnt even speak to the right person!!!! This is ridiculous.

I wouldn't do so

I have a building being built next to my building where I do business in and they have damaged our wall and scuffed the paint badly during their construction. What am I suppose to do. Are they suppose to put a protective barrier prior to construction

Yes they are supposed to secure the area. You can go to the building department and file a complaint with code enforcement and also ask them to share with you the contractors GL policy information so you could make a claim to thier insurance policy. They will reimburse your damages. Eric Aruba Permit Services Sincerely.
