Not a bad trailer park. My friend lives here. Most are in good shape although there are a few old trail ers that definitely need some TLC. Nice lake in the middle. I have not been in the clubhouse but it looks nice. Overall it seems like a pretty nice place.

Love it! My husband and I retired here about a year and a half ago. Beautiful entrance, pond, fountain in the pond. It makes it a joy to come home each time. Friendly folks, good management team. Pet friendly, even welcoming them. Good roads, dances, dinners , trips, cruises, card games, shuffle board teams, a gym, plenty of room to ride your bike. There's no end to the opportunitites here. Come and check it out yourself.

Is it Blackburn Point in Nokomis? I think it may be a key along there
Depends on the location in the park. Lake view or corner lots. Approximately 650/800.

There is a storage lot @40$@ month. Lot rent can be between $700/800 approximately. Depends on the size of the home. Single/or double. Hope this helps
