What a gem of a place. Extremely lovely park. Sarasota is lucky to have this for outings away from the crowds of lido beach.

If you're new to the mangrove tunnels, I'd recommend a guided tour so you don't get lost! Great fun, lots of wildlife. (Keep your eyes peeled for the tiny black crabs on the mangrove trunks)

Nice place to go kayaking on a very hot day, it's shaded the water is clear and you can see all kinds of wildlife
