Costco always has some great deal for me to find, but today's review is reflective of Bernard's helpfulness! He made a simple sweet gesture by putting two cases of water in my cart for me, unprompted. Just a simple act of kindness. It was so appreciated! I really hope Bernard gets recognized for his exceptional customer service.

This Costco location is getting worse and worse by the day. We have been Costco members for years... We own a business and spend thousands of dollars every month at this location. Unfortunately a few bad apples (cashiers even the tall bald manager) are ruining this location by offering horrible customer service, even being rude to people. We have seen it and experienced it before. Last Tuesday my wife went there alone to get a few things for our business and her cashier gave her a hard time and was rude to her for no valid reason. My wife went to talk to the tall bald manager and was treated even worse, like a second class citizen. This is enough... We are ending our membership and not coming back ever again.

When it comes to Wine (selection, variety, and prices) Costco is the best. Second on my list of favorites is the meats, specifically the steaks and pork chops. Grilling these meats with the addition of sauces, rubs, and herbs can be the tastiest dining experience. And then there is the famous $5 roasted chicken, which is always in my basket when I leave the store. Costco also takes a serious approach to nutrition with healthy variety of packaged and processed food choices. Costco associates often setup guve-away freebie tastes of various food products that they sell. This alone makes a trip to Costco fun where you can be introduced to foods you may have never had before. I've also taken advantage of the Optical department for purchasing frames and prescription lenses. Excellent prices for eyewear. The store is handicap accessible and handicap friendly with electric scooters for folks that have mobility challenges. Last but not least, Costco is by far always the lowest price per gallon of every gasoline service in my area of Sarasota FL. Costco membership gives you access to a monthly magazine mailed to your home. This magazine contains health advice, nutrition ideas, fantastic recipes, and feature pieces on electronics, jewelry, book and author reviews and much more. Periodically I receive a check for Customer Reward based on your purchase volume.
