It's a bit on the lower end of what I expect from a Marriott property. The staff is not bad, but the amenities and rooms need to be updated and repaired. The breakfast consists of pre-packaged burritos and breakfast sandwiches like what you would get at a convenience store. And yes, they are as soggy as you'd expect from microwaved breakfast in a bag. The rooms are not properly maintained or cleaned. We've asked twice for refills on the soap and shampoo in our shower, but still don't have any. There was still debris on the floor from previous occupants that didn't even get cleaned up after our room was serviced twice. The AC barely worked and then only when we got the settings just right. Please fix this place up. In the meantime, I'll stay at the Hyatt Place next door for my next visit to the area.

If I could give 0 stars, trust me it would be. Rooms are fine but staff is terrible. We gave this hotel 2 chances and we were treated horribly each time. I have a broken arm, baby, and dog and my husband had called 3 days in advance asking if we could check in early on day of and was told yes no problem at all! Then, called the night before they said same thing no problem we will even leave a note and call if it’s not possible. Never received a call so I show up today and am told the room won’t be ready til 3pm normal check in time. I get that’s the normal check in time, but don’t say yes multiple times then to early check in! Just say no and we won’t stay here! My husband is here for spring training with the orioles so the hotels we can stay at are limited. So frustrating and unprofessional. Do NOT stay here! Especially if you have a family. Front desk women are terrible.

My family and I stayed here for a week and never saw the same person working the front desk, multiple ones talked about it being a new job for them. Room floor and sofa bed was very dirty on arrival and after requesting to have it cleaned they did a good job cleaning it. Also if staying for an extended time, they only clean and restock every 3 days, staff is nice and always happy to give more supplies if you go ask. Rooms are on the small side for it being a suite. In the end, I will not be staying here again or recommend it.
