We didn’t notice the wait list sign in sheet outside and were spoken to a little rudely. We went back out and signed in, in spite of the multiple empty tables. We were seated after a few minutes, and from there on got great service. This was easily the best tasting food we got on Anna Maria. My daughter’s fruit bowl was a work of art, the coffee was good, my boyfriend got an amazing, overstuffed veggie omelet, and I had a first corn beef hash that was delicious and not dried out. When we asked for hot sauce, the response was which brand? I chose Texas Pete and know they also had Tabasco. I was too shocked to ask for more choices. This will definitely be a return place for us in the future.

This place was fairly good, with kind service. The coffee was very strong and bold. I got their big fat fruit boat, which was true to its name! Fresh, mixed fruit! It was one of the best breakfast places we ate at this week on our trip. Amazing!

I want to go back to AMI just to have breakfast here. It's been weeks since I've been here and still want to eat here every week. Standard breakfast diner but better. Biscuits are amazing and gravy is so good. Staff is so friendly. Cash only but I understand why. Worth waiting to get in but yeah they should expand into next door.

After trying this place during our visit, we never looked for another breakfast place. Small, friendly cafe with wide variety of options from omelettes to pancakes and fried eggs. I like that they offer sliced tomato on the side in addition to regulars. Keep in mind that it's cash only.
