Christian came out because our A/C was switching off because of a blocked condensate drain. The repair was covered under warranty and I purchased the Maintenance Program to care for the system in the future. I feel confident that ASI will be there to take care of my needs if they arise. I have had them install heating, A/C, solar, and the water heater and have always been appreciative of the competent and personalized service they provide.

I thought I was getting an "AC Tune-up" per the ad, but what I received for the $87 was an AC Cleaning - no coolant checks or fill-ups. Coolant is an additional service visit for another $87. The follow-on appointment for attic insulation the next day was missed with a call five minutes before the end of the appointment window asking if I wanted to reschedule. The person who showed up at the house was clean, nice, and friendly but that was the only real positive about the experience. The cleaning helped but I would have liked to have had a complete "AC Tune-up" as I requested. They do like to sell add-on services (like attic insulation).

From our initial estimate meeting with Rodrigo to our all day plumbing repairs with technicians, Evan and Dennis, they were all on time and efficient and got right to work. Their professionalism and knowledge were great as was their willingness to listen and answer questions and concerns. We will definitely be using and referring ASI again.

why was the freon low?
It depends, if they can scam you they will. Hold them accountable to their commercials. They do overcharge so I would suggest researching before you pay for their crazy over-priced services.

They suck at them use Hamel's instead. Their techs are straight out of school and have no knowledge which became apparent very quickly. After their multiple failure's Hamel's got ours floor furnace done right in one try.
We had a similar problem. ASI determined that we needed a new motor. Fortunately, our A/C was still under warranty.
Please don't work here, they won't let you grow professionally. However, they will hire you regardless. You won't have work during the winter and they won't care about your pay.

Air Conditioning systems do something that we know as sweating. A/C units tend to sweat because condensation is created within the evaporator coil. that liquid is plain water, and drains to a drain pan. If it's leaking onto the foundation, your unit doesn't have a way to send that liquid away, so it will drip down.
