Excellent service and commitment from everyone at Carini. Max Maschmeier, the Design Specialist, was a pleasure to work with and walked me through the pros and cons of each system I was reviewing. We replaced our gas furnace and broken AC unit all at once and replaced it with an all electric heat pump system. Very professional and the install team did a professional job. Carini won't be the lowest bid on your project but they back up their work from day 1, excellent customer service and have the longest included extended warranty in the business. Which means their products and installs are going to last and work correctly. Max made the whole buying process smooth and highly recommend you call Max for your next repair or install. Thanks Carini Team!

Carini set up an appointment at the San Diego County Fair. Carlos came out and provided expertise on our 30 year old AC and furnace that needed replacing. He is an expert at all int pros and cons of replacement versus repair and provided excellent guidance as to what we needed to do. We were considering multiple AC units and Carlos indicated that one unit should suffice. In the end his recommendation saved us money. . We will use Carini again in the future. Brett and Miguel came out to do the install, and they rocked it. Super professional and very talented craftsman. We plan on using Carini again.

Carini designed and installed a mini-split system for our home. We could not be more pleased. The rooms come to a comfortable temperature quickly and quietly. The entire process was incredibly smooth, from their initial visit through completion. And in the end, even the City inspector was impressed with their workmanship and materials. Highly recommend!

We had Carini Air install a minisplit system in our home. They were punctual and professional- also great at checking in with us throughout the project to keep us informed! Chris managed the installation and we highly recommend him and his work. He was knowledgeable and helpful as we were making decisions through the process. We appreciated the follow up with John who did our estimate and we have been impressed with the customer service in making sure we are happy with the finished product!

We do service Oceanside! The dispatch fee depends on the type of work and whether or not it is an after-hours call. Sometimes the dispatch fee can be applied to the work if you decide to move forward.
We do not carry parts, sorry!
According to the City of San Diego, "A sewer lateral is the pipe that connects all the sinks, drains and toilets in your home or building to the City sewer main, which is usually located in the City’s right-of-way (street). The entire length of the sewer lateral, extending from your home or building to its point of connection with the City sewer main underneath the street, is your private property." "If your drains start to run slowly, there’s a good chance you have some sort of obstruction in your lateral. A licensed plumber or drain-cleaning specialist should be able to clear the obstruction. If the lateral is broken, you will have to repair the lateral. In general, problems with your lateral are your responsibility as the property owner." Tree roots are attracted to nutrient rich sewage leaks and water in your pipes and laterals, so it may not be the result of where your trees are planted, but rather that you may need pipe repair of repiping to fix the problems.
There are lots of signs that you might need to consider a repipe in your San Diego home. Depending on when you house was built, the pipes may be old, damaged by corrosion, leaking, or composed of materials that are outdated or even banned due to regulations. Repipes are typically done with copper or PEX Flexible piping. A lot of homes in San Diego were built with polybutylene pipes that can be grey, white or black, and were installed in the years from the 1970’s through the mid-1990’s. These types of poly pipes should be replaced immediately because of their high risk of failure.
Through a lot of recent tankless water heater estimate and repair calls, we've found that Noritz and Navien get the most praise for innovation, while Rheem and Rinnai are liked for their wider distribution and ease of tankless water heater repair and maintenance. This is in no way a scientific sample but just some observations
