Kareem called before arriving and showed up on time. He reviewed the job site and the task to be done. When Mike, the other installer arrived, they coordinated their work the get the job done. Another fellow arrived later to run electrical lines in the attic. When unexpected issue arose, Mike brought it to my attention and with a sheet of plywood and a 2x4 that I had on hand, they were able to make a superb repair. These guys worked 10 hours on a very hot day except for a lunch break. At the end of the day, Kareem reviewed my system’s features with me. He even took time to answer a few of my 6-year old’s questions about what they were doing. I have worked construction and the effort and professionalism these guys put forward was exemplary. These days it is refreshing to learn of and observe such professionalism. They represented Guthrie & Sons very well. I am pleased that I choose them for my A/C installation. Now if only I could find a plumber and an electrician who are as adept in their field.

Dave did our scheduled AC tune-up this morning. He checking and tested the furnace, s the AC unit outside and T-stat and gave us a good update. Everything was fine, he answered all me questions and was a very pleasant and professional technician. I appreciate Guthrie’s attention to detail and their customer service. The highly professional and affable team that installed our Bosch multi zone ductless HVAC system did so on time and within budget. They demonstrated skill and ingenuity in managing the inevitable problems encountered in installing three heat pump units outside and 6 air handling units in ceilings and under the floors of our 116 year old house.
